Micro-muscle yoga has developed over 5 years of teaching yoga. It involves the most commonly practiced yoga poses that have micro-adjustments to reach those muscles you use everyday. The aim of micro-muscle yoga is to keep your body in a fully functional & healthy state without straining the body. The moves are simple and taught step-by-step, so can be practiced by any level.
